- Starting initial order with the AZ office MUST ship to the address for the credit card. In an effort to protect our customers from possible credit card fraud, a customer’s first order to the Arizona facility MUST ship to the same address as the credit card company shows for your card. To qualify as a repeat customer for this store, a full credit card billing cycle (45 days) must pass from the initial transaction before we can ship to a different address other than on the card. This is intended to give the cardholder an opportunity to see the charges on their statement and dispute them.
- Warranty: We stand behind our products 100%. We subject them to the highest standards in the industry and strive to make each one as perfect as possible. Our fixed blade sheath knives have a five year warranty to the original owner against defects in material or workmanship. Our folding knives are warranted for one year.

(Items should be returned in the condition received). This money back guarantee applies only to items purchased directly from Cold Steel, Inc. Items purchased from other sources will be repaired or replaced if defective.
- If you shipment if damaged in transit: If carton damage or distortion of any kind is apparent, write "Damaged Carton" on all receipts before signing and accepting delivery, then notify us immediately. Keep damaged cartons and merchandise at your location until requested by the delivery carrier. If there is no evidence of damage or tampering with the carton, yet your shipment arrives with items missing, please notify us within five working days of receipt of your order.
- Exchange or Credit: If you return merchandise for reasons other than shipping damage, be sure to repack in original carton. Return insured and postpaid and include a copy of your invoice. Indicate the reason for return and give instructions for processing your return. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking free for frivolous returns. (For all returns allow 60-90 days for processing).
